- Step 1 - Contact ProReleases.com: Send us an email at orders@proreleases.com, introduce yourself, and let us know what we can do for you. If you have initial questions, we're happy to help, and our press release packages can be found in our Rates section.
- Step 2 - Select Your Press Release Package: Please indicate in your email which press release package fits your needs. The Basic Release includes a 500-word release that is perfect for basic product or service news, new hires or promotions, special events or sales, and more.
The Technical Release is for technical news, complex news, and any other lengthy announcements that will entail a release longer than 500 words. More information on the different options can be found in our Rates section. - Step 3 - Payment: ProReleases.com will email an invoice which can be paid via PayPal or by credit card. You do not need a PayPal account to take advantage of ProReleases.com services.
- Step 4 - Share Your News With Us: Upon receipt of your payment, a ProReleases.com public relations professional will send you a brief questionnaire that will give them the information they need to prepare an initial draft of your press release.
- Step 5 - Writing and Review: You will receive the first draft of your press release within two business days of completing your initial questionnaire (allow three business days for the Technical Release package). You will have the opportunity to review the draft and make any corrections or suggest changes to the release.
The Basic Release package includes one round of revisions, the In-Depth Release package includes up to three rounds of revisions. Keep in mind, the faster you review the drafts and provide your feedback, the sooner your final release will be distributed. - Step 6 - Final Approval and Distribution: Upon your final approval of your press release, ProReleases.com will create a PDF of the press release and deliver it to you via email. In addition, our public relations professionals will distribute the release via email directly to journalists, editors, broadcasters and bloggers on our targeted distribution list. While other press release services charge an additional fee for the distribution process, ProReleases.com includes a full, professional press release service, from writing to distribution, in one flat-rate package.
In addition, you own the final product. Feel free to post your release on your website, send it to your customers, associates and distributors, or distribute it to any custom distribution lists that you maintain. It's your news; spread the word.
